This artificial environment is perfect for learning all essential skills for caving, while providing a fun and exciting experience at the same time. Starting Out- What’s In It For Me?
Caves have been explored out of necessity for thousands of years. Equipment and access has improved greatly over the last few decades, and due to this, the sport has exploded in popularity.
Caving improves coordination, confidence and motivation. As a group activity, participants often have no choice but to rely on each other to succeed both physically and mentally, and in this sense caving is an excellent exercise in team-building.
