Free Weights Room

Using free weights is an effective way of improving strength and fitness. Lifting weights improves fitness while it burns calories, increases muscle size, strength, power and endurance. It also increases bone density and improves quality of life for many older adults.

Free weights also give you the ability to exercise more than one set of muscles using the same weight, without having to switch between machines or equipment.

Peak Fitness boasts a newly renovated spacious, stylish room with a large selection of equipment. This is ideal for a great free-weights workout.

Welsh Championships

Good news for the Summit centre. There is a new climbing comp in town ( The Welsh climbing championships ) and the Summit centre is hosting the final round.
